Training description
Students enrol at our Campus in Paris.
The academic year is divided into two semesters:
- 1st semester: Methodological integration semester
- 2nd semester: Depending on the student's previous educational background, this semester includes classes in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
The "n+i" Tutorial Charter provides for a tutorial relationship between tutors and students throughout the integration semester.
A similar relationship is also organized by the Arts et Métiers Institute of Technology's second-year students.
The tutor is available to help the student with any problems relating to the course and the arrangement of an industrial internship.
During this period, contact with French students outside the university setting is encouraged to promote mutual cultural discovery. This may include humanitarian activities, sports, tourism etc.
Your "n+i" tutor will also help you choose your Final Year Advanced Unit.
Students study at the Arts et Métiers Institute of Technology Campus providing the chosen Advanced Unit (subject to places being available).
You may choose from a wide range of options: design, modeling, systems, robotics, manufacturing, processes, products, structures, transports, biomechanics, business development, virtual immersion, numerical engineering, industrial systems, innovation, logistics, quality, information systems, energetics, fluid mechanics, power transmission, electrical engineering, control, surfaces, composites, polymers...
The academic year is divided into two semesters:
- 1st semester: advanced unit courses and part-time work on your research project
- 2nd semester: full-time work on your internship project.
